1. Log in to My ING
2. Go to 'Service'
3. Go to ‘Your downloads & statements’ and select 'Download Transactions'
4. Select the account for which you want an account statement
5. Select the date range of the account statement
6. Choose the desired file type (most commonly used: PDF showing book balance)
7. Confirm with ‘Download to files’, and the PDF will automatically be saved

7. Select ‘Download’ on the right side of the screen; a statement will be created and automatically saved in PDF

8. Share the PDF by email, for example, or print the PDF via the share icon at the top right of the display

First, change the language setting in My ING or your app to English to download your current account statement in English. Then view your transactions in My ING or the ING app. You can easily download the displayed transactions as an account statement.

My ING
Credit card statements are added to the overview on the 7th day of each month. If you want to view recent transactions that are not yet on the statement, go to your credit card overview to view them.
