Forgotten your username or password? If you use someone else&apos;s, you won&apos;t be able to activate the app. <a href=\"https://www.ing.nl/en/personal/digital-banking/apply\">Learn more about login details</a>. </p>"}},{"componentType":"sectionTitle","title":"Step 2 | Scan or take a picture of your ID"},{"componentType":"paragraph","richBody":{"value":"<p>Scan one of the following IDs with your phone or tablet:   </p><ul><li>Dutch driving license</li><li>Passport</li><li>ID card European Union</li><li>Dutch residence permit</li><li>Foreign Nationals Identity Document</li></ul><p><strong>Tip:</strong>  </p><ul><li>Take your phone out of its case to better scan your ID.</li><li>It may take a few moments for the app to confirm our ID. The app will therefore let you set up a push notification for later, so you&apos;ll be notified once your ID has been confirmed.</li><li>Not all phones or tablets can scan, for example, if it doesn&apos;t have NFC. If that&apos;s the case, you can take a picture of your ID in the app instead.
