If you have a question, you can get in touch with us immediately – this includes through My ING. There, our staff is happy to help, and you'll find us in My ING under Service, and then Chat at the bottom of the page. This is also where you can view your chat history, just like in the app.
You'll start chatting with our virtual assistant Ida. If the two of you can't resolve the issue, our staff will take over and help you. Fun fact: our live chat support agents can help you just as well as our phone customer service agents.
