If you have an Orange package t, Orange Package Extra, Basic Package, Payment Package or Royal Package, follow these steps to cancel:</p><ol><li>Log in to My ING.</li><li>Clear any active and scheduled orders: go to <strong>‘</strong>Assignments<strong>’</strong> and then to <strong>‘</strong>Payments<strong>’</strong>. Send or delete all scheduled payments.</li><li>Click your name in the top-right corner and then select <strong>‘</strong>Settings<strong>’</strong>.<br />Go to <strong>‘</strong>paper statements<strong>’</strong> (under <strong>‘</strong>Your banking<strong>’</strong>) and indicate that you want to receive your statements by post by clicking the <strong>‘</strong>change<strong>’</strong> button.</li><li>All done?
