No more paper statements, and no (higher) shipping costs! Make sure that My ING works properly before you move. So you can enjoy carefree banking abroad.</p><p><strong>Don’t have My ING (internet banking)?</strong><br />It’s very easy to <a href=\"http:\">request My ING</a>.</p><p><strong>Forgot your My ING login details?</strong><br />Should you lose or forget your user name and/or password; not to worry! It’s very easy to <a href=\"http:\">request new login details</a>. </p><p><strong>Check your mobile phone number</strong><br />Make sure your correct phone number for sms codes is registered, this is needed when you activate a ING app or ING Scanner. You can check this easily in your <a href=\"http:\">My ING</a> (internet banking). This way you can be sure to receive your new debit card. It’s easily arranged in My ING (internet banking); via Service and <a href=\"https://mijn.ing.nl/login/\">Change Address</a>. Do you have a temporary address? No problem, simply enter that and change it again as soon as you know your permanent address. Don&apos;t have My ING (internet banking) yet? Please drop by an ING branch and take your ID and debit card with you. We’ll immediately change your address details for you.</p>"}},{"componentType":"paragraph","title":"Register your signature and ID","richBody":{"value":"<p>It may have been a while since your signature and identity document were registered with ING. Could these have changed? Please have your signature and ID registered again at an ING branch or Service Point, before you move. This enables us to process your written requests.</p>"}},{"componentType":"paragraph","title":"Set up your debit card","richBody":{"value":"<p>Your ING debit card is, by default, set up for use in ‘Europe’. Are you moving to a country outside Europe? Change your card settings to ‘World’ in My ING (internet banking) or in the app. </p><p><strong>Check the expiry date</strong></p><ul><li>Will your card expire around the time of your moving abroad? Please make sure that your address details are correct. That’s because we send your new card via mail. After the expiry date you can no longer use your old card.</li><li>Did you request a new debit card yourself? For example, because your current debit card was damaged? Keep in mind that your current card will expire sooner than the expiry date. Make sure to start using your new card as soon as you receive it.
