There is a risk of important letters are ending up in the wrong hands.</p><p>If your address is set to undeliverable, you will be asked to update the correspondence address via:</p><p>1. At an ING service location (or branch, <strong>note:</strong> this requires an appointment)</p><p><strong>Do you have a joint account? </strong>update the address of the undeliverable account holder.</p><p>If the correspondence address has not been updated after the first communication, a reminder will be sent after 2 weeks, after which the payment account will be blocked. If no action is taken within 14 weeks, your account(s) will be closed.</p><p><strong>Is your address already correct?</strong><br />If so, you can update the address again to your current (correct) address.
