At an ING service location (or branch, <strong>note:</strong> this requires an appointment)</p><p><strong>Do you have a joint account? </strong>update the address of the undeliverable account holder.</p><p>If the correspondence address has not been updated after the first communication, a reminder will be sent after 2 weeks, after which the payment account will be blocked.
