You can find it under &apos;Documents&apos; in MyING or the ING app. If you didn&apos;t receive it automatically, you can request it by phone. </p>"}},{"title":"Executing necessary payments","richBody":{"value":"<p>Do you have to execute necessary payments, but the products of the deceased aren&apos;t linked to your ING app or My ING overview yet? Then we can help with executing these payments, provided that the inheritance is accepted outright. Necessary payments are payments like rent, gas/water/electricity, the funeral and notary costs.</p><p>For executing the payments you send us the original invoice. On it you write the Current account of the deceased and you place a signature with a pen. You can send it to us via the email or postal address we mentioned in our communication after you reported the death. </p>"}},{"title":"Joint jurisdiction","richBody":{"value":"<p>We speak of joint jurisdiction when 2 or more persons are authorised, in a official document like a Certificate of Inheritance, to handle the inheritance strictly together. The products of the deceased will be linked to the My ING or ING app overview of the authorised persons, but the accounts stay blocked. All payment and other requests have to be approved by all jointly authorised persons. In some situations we bring you in contact with our mortgage advisor, we will inform you if this might entail costs. </p><p><strong>Adjust the interest rate</strong><br />The interest rate can be changed, free of charge, within one year of the passing away of the debtor.
