Read more about what we arrange here.","robotInstruction":{"noFollow":false,"noIndex":false}},"flexZone":{"flexComponents":[{"componentType":"sectionTitle","title":"What has ING arranged?"},{"componentType":"paragraph","richBody":{"value":"<p>After receiving the Death Certificate, we will arrange the following:</p><ul><li>Change the personal name of the deceased to <strong>‘Erven van’ (&apos;Heirs of&apos;)</strong>,</li><li>Terminate the <strong>personal means of payment of the deceased</strong>, such as Debit card, creditcard (original and additional card), My ING and ING app,</li><li>Terminate any <strong>periodic transactions</strong> on a Current account, such as savings orders,</li><li>Temporarily block any <strong>Direct debits</strong> on a Current account, until the authorisation is arranged,</li><li>Terminate any <strong>third-party authorisation</strong>. On a Current and/or a Joint account.</li><li>Debit the Current account for the costs of the <strong>Orange package</strong> (Oranjepakket),</li><li>The Joint account is <strong>not</strong> blocked.
