When you open a Child Savings Account, it’s linked to the current account of the parent or guardian who opened it. Here’s how to add money from that account:
• Go to your account overview in the app or in My ING and select the Child Savings Account
• Click ‘save’ or ‘deposit’ to start a transfer
• Enter the amount and tap ‘confirm’ in the app or ‘send’ in My ING

Just transfer the amount to the account’s IBAN. You’ll need to ask the parent or guardian who opened the account for this number. They’ll find it under ‘settings’ in the app or in My ING.
When you make the transfer, include:
• Recipient: The child’s name (the Groei Groter Account holder)
• Account number: The IBAN of the Groei Groter Account (for example: NL00INGB0012345678)
Heads up: If you’ve set up automatic saving, don’t forget to stop it when your grandchild turns 18.
