Transfer a large amount? Do you see the message ‘Waiting for additional signature’?","richBody":{"value":"<p>Then a second approval is needed from another representative or authorized representative with payment authority. This person can easily approve the order in My ING Business via the &quot;To Do List&quot;.</p>"}},{"componentType":"paragraph","title":"4. Transfer pending?","richBody":{"value":"<p><span lang=\"NL\" dir=\"ltr\"><span>Is your payment in status &quot;pending&quot;? Then it&apos;s good to wait a while. This happens, for example, in scheduled payments for which insufficient balance is available at that time. As soon as there is sufficient balance in your current account, we will perform the payment the next business day (with a maximum of 4 business days). A scheduled Instant Payment is always rejected straight away in the event of insufficient balance.</span></span></p><p><span lang=\"NL\" dir=\"ltr\"><span>Is it a Batch transfer (Verzamelbetaling)? We will retry to execute it every hour. You don&apos;t have to do anything yourself for this.</span></span></p>"}},{"componentType":"paragraph","title":"5. Has your transfer been debited from your account but did not not reached the beneficiary?","richBody":{"value":"<p>Unfortunately, this is more difficult to solve on your own. In My ING Business, first check in My ING Business or the ING App if the transfer has not been rejected and returned. If not, give it three business days from the moment of transfer, in almost all cases the money is then received or returned. Then ask the beneficiary if the amount has still not been received.  </p><p>Still not received? In some cases, you can initiate a payment investigation by contacting Customer service. This may come at a cost.</p>"}},{"componentType":"paragraph","title":"6. Rejected transfer orders","richBody":{"value":"<p>You cannot remove a rejected order yourself. It disappears automatically from the overview after 30 days. Do you still want to perform the payment? Then do a new transfer.</p>"}},{"componentType":"paragraph","title":"7. Transferred with a transfer form? And received a drop-out message?","richBody":{"value":"<p>There is something wrong (or not legible) on the transfer form. Unfortunately, we cannot fix this. Fill in a new form to resubmit the payment. Tip: The front of the transfer booklet explains exactly how to transfer.</p><p>Have you tried digital banking yet?
