In this case you will see on the transfer screen that the money is received &apos;Instantly&apos; in the receiver&apos;s account.</p></li><li><p>In case of planning a transfer with an execution date in the future or a standing order, it is possible to choose &apos;Instantly&apos; (instant payment) or &apos;Within a business day&apos; (as a regular European Transfer). We advise only using the Instant Payment option for scheduled payments if the money needs to arrive exactly on the planned day(s), also on weekends or bank holidays. Check your transactions first to make sure the amount hasn’t been debited.</p>"},"title":"Why wasn't my transfer processed as an Instant Payment?"},{"richBody":{"value":"<p>It could take us more than a few seconds to carry out the checks required by laws and regulations on transactions to and from other countries.  </p><p>In that case:</p><ul><li><p>we&apos;ll reject the transaction; </p></li><li><p>we&apos;ll state as a rejection reason that the transaction could not be processed instantly;  </p></li><li><p>nothing will be debited/credited to your account; </p></li><li><p>for incoming payments that ING rejects you are not notified. When creating a standing order in My ING on the ING app, you can choose to process &apos;Instantly&apos;. The payment can then be performed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Even if the execution date happens to be during the weekend or a bank holiday.</p><p>However, there is an important difference between an instant standing order and regular standing order in case of insufficient balance at the time of execution.</p><ul><li>If you have insufficient balance on your Current account at the time of execution, we will try to carry out a regular (non-instant) standing order up to 4 business days after the specified date. The order expires if you still have insufficient balance on your Current account after these 4 business days.</li><li>An instant standing order is rejected for straight away in insufficient balance.</li></ul><p>You will not receive a notification. The cost of a regular European credit transfer and an Instant Payment are the same.</p><p>For credits of Instant Payments transactions, nothing changes.
