It is not possible to adjust the order in which your payment cards are shown in the Garmin wallet.
Recognizing the correct ING Debit card:
Your digital debit card in the Garmin Wallet contains your IBAN-account number. This is the same number as mentioned on your plastic ING Debit card. If you see a different number on your mobile card, please delete your digital card and create it again.
To pay with Garmin Pay you have to first activate it. Was this successful and do you have sufficient balance for the payment? But the payment still failed? Then go to the ING App, delete your digital debit card in the Garmin wallet and create it again.
