* When submitting a SEPA batch payment or SEPA direct debit batch, it is advised to use the latest file format version pain 001.001.9 (batch payment) and pain 008.001.08 (direct debit batch). The Excel and older format versions pain 00.001.03 (batch payment) and pain 008.001.02 (direct debit batch) can be used for the time being.
Please note! If you are including address information in your batches you may well need to change to the latest file format by 15 November 2026 at the latest. More information and what this means for you can be found here.

Via a link with your online accounting software, the MT940/Camt.053 is automatically forwarded to your accounting package.

After execution of a batch payment (Verzamelbetaling), you can find the details of all individual transactions in a CAMT.053 file. This file contains the batch details and, like other account statements, can be downloaded via My ING Business. When downloading, choose the file type CAMT.053 with batch details to get the full overview.
You can share account statements with your accountant in different ways, depending on what you need. Think of downloading a file with batch details such as a CAMT.053, or exporting data to an Excel or CSV file. In My ING Business, you can choose which file format you want to download. Often your accountant indicates which file is needed.
