A bank reference letter includes general information about your bank relationship with ING, such as the account holder's name and address, the account IBAN and ING's BIC/SWIFT code. This letter also verifies the bank relationship. A bank reference letter is also called a bank reference, bank confirmation letter, or RIB document ('relevé d'identité bancaire').
