Some suppliers choose Business Direct Debit because it offers additional security: once a payment has been debited, it cannot be refunded. That is why we verify in advance whether you have given permission for the debit. You must therefore first register the mandate with your own bank.
Do you want to register a direct debit mandate for Business Direct Debit? First, give a mandate to your supplier. Then register this mandate with your own bank. You can do this easily online in My ING business. The registration is processed immediately and you will receive a confirmation for your supplier.
Do you want to change or cancel an existing registration? You can also arrange this easily in My ING business. Please note: changes are only possible for the maximum amount. If you want to update other details, you must cancel the registration and register a new mandate.
