But if you'd like to try a different way to pay, simply grab your card. During checkout, enter the 16-digit card number and expiry date. These are both printed on your card. You’ll find the CVC or CVV code in the ING App.
Please note: this new business debit card is not a credit card. When you make a payment, it's a regular debit transaction. That means the money is immediately taken out of your business account.

With its white colourway, it's easy to tell apart from any other cards in your wallet. Plus, the design is now vertical, and your details and business account number are printed on the front. The 16-digit card number can be used to make online payments. The Mastercard logo replaces the V-Pay or Maestro logo.

Replacement card?
Your PIN will stay the same. To activate your new business debit card, insert it into a payment terminal or ATM when you first use it to make a payment or withdrawal. Enter your PIN and complete the payment or withdrawal. Done! Your card is now active, and can be used to make contactless payments.

If this is your first ING card, here's how to activate it:

If we're replacing your current card — no. Your PIN will stay the same. Forgotten your PIN? Request a new one on the app.
If this is your first ING debit card, then yes! You'll also receive a new PIN, which will be sent separately by post.
