If you&apos;re unable to work it out, or you can&apos;t reach the vendor, you can make use of our refund service (GeldTerugService).</span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>You can use our refund service if:</span></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span><span><span>the transaction was completed and money was taken out of your account (so it&apos;s not reserved) </span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>your business debit card was wrongfully charged (this includes transactions made with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Garmin Pay);</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>it&apos;s been 30 days since your business debit card was charged, and you still haven’t received your purchase;</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>the wrong item or a counterfeit item was delivered;</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>it&apos;s been 15 days since the seller promised a refund, and you still haven’t gotten your back;</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>you received no cash, or not enough cash from an ATM other than a Geldmaat ATM; </span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>you subscribed to something without realising it, and your business debit card was charged. Please note: to cancel the subscription, please contact the seller. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled through our refund service.</span></span></span></span></li></ul><p><span><span><span>Make sure that you request a refund within 120 days after your business debit card was charged. Requests made after 120 days after the charge will not be processed. If the seller </span></span></span><span><span><span>fulfils their end of the agreement, we&apos;ll take the money out of your current account.</span></span></span></p>"}},{"componentType":"sectionTitle","title":"How the refund service works"},{"componentType":"paragraph","richBody":{"value":"<ul><li><span><span><span><span>Log in to the ING App or My ING Business </span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Go to your transaction overview and select the transaction you&apos;d like to dispute</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Scroll down and select &apos;Report an issue&apos;. Then complete the form, making sure to include all relevant details. If the &apos;Report an issue&apos; button isn&apos;t displayed, it could mean that the transaction is waiting to be finalised. This is called a pre-authorisation. It takes approximately 7 days to process your complaint. Sometimes additional investigation is required, in which case it will take longer. The pre-authorised amount is deducted from (debit) your available card balance. This can happen if you order something online or put down a deposit when hiring a car.
