You can adjust this limit yourself via the ING App or MyING Business. You can lower or increase your limit up to a maximum of €5,000 per day. Do you want to withdraw more than €5,000? You cannot set a higher limit. You can withdraw a higher amount by spreading it over multiple days.

If the withdrawn amount has not been processed correctly, for example, the wrong amount was taken from your account or you recieved too little cash, you as owner or legal representative can easily send a service request using the form with this link. We are happy to help you. Please be patient, as we sometimes need to do extra checks with Geldmaat to solve the problem. This can take up to 30 days. If no extra check is needed, most requests are solved within 10 days.
