ING customers can withdraw and deposit cash at all ATMs of Geldmaat. Check the ATM Locator to find the nearest available ATM.
To withdraw cash you can either use your Debit Card and PIN or the Cashcode. You can withdraw and deposit cash up to your daily limit and you can do this in multiple transactions. The standard limit for withdrawals is € 500 however you can change the limit in the ING App.

If the withdrawn amount has not been processed correctly, for example, the wrong amount was taken from your account or you recieved too little cash, you as owner or legal representative can easily send a service request using the form with this link. We are happy to help you. Please be patient, as we sometimes need to do extra checks with Geldmaat to solve the problem. This can take up to 30 days. If no extra check is needed, most requests are solved within 10 days.

With your new ING debit card, which you have already received or will receive soon, you can withdraw cash contactless at Geldmaat. Simply hold your card briefly against the contactless reader. You no longer need to insert your card into the machine.
How do you recognise the contactless reader?
You can recognise cash machines that support contactless withdrawals by the contactless payment symbol. This is a square with curved lines, the same symbol you see when paying contactless in shops.
Withdraw cash with your phone or smartwatch
In addition to your debit card, you can also withdraw cash using your phone or smartwatch with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Garmin Pay.
