The sealbag machine opens only when a sealbag has been preannounced and the time limit of 48 hours has not been elapsed. Has the 48 hours been elapsed, please preannounce a new sealbag.

"}},{"title":"Can I deposit cash at an ING office?","richBody":{"value":"No it's not possible to deposit cash at an ING office. You can deposit cash at the cash deposit machines of Geldmaat, all you need is an ING Debit card and a pin.

"}},{"title":"Where can I find more information about the cash deposit machines of Geldmaat?","richBody":{"value":"It's easy and safe to deposit cash at Geldmaat's cash deposit machines (both indoor and outdoor locations) using your ING Debit card and PIN. Check Geldmaat's location guide for the nearest cash recycler. As an entrepreneur, you can deposit up to €30.000 per account daily at any Geldmaat cash recycler. All you need is your ING Debit card and PIN.

"}},{"title":"Why do I get charged for non-quality in a sealbag deposit?","richBody":{"value":"For deposits which do not meet the requested quality standards, we charge you with a non-quality surcharge. Non-quality deposits are deposits which can't be processed via the machines but need manual processing. You can find the costs for non-quality in our rates overview.
For below items we charge you a non-quality surcharge per deposit:
To qualify for a pre-book limit there are a couple of minimum requirements; you need to have a packaged deposit agreement for a minimum of 3 months, there should be at least 4 weeks with a sealbag deposit in these 3 months and the average amount of these deposits should be at least €4.000
Example 1:
You have made a weekly deposit for the last 3 months and the average amount of these deposits is €2.000. The total number of weeks with a deposit is more then 4 however the average amount is €2.000. Therefore you don't qualify for a pre-book limit.
Example 2:
You have made 6 deposits spread over 4 weeks in the last three months, the average amount of these deposits is €5.000. You meet the minimum requirement of 4 weeks with a deposit and the average amount is higher then €4.000. Therefore you qualify for a pre-book limit.
The limits are recalculated each year. Please note: if not all conditions are met, the limit may be revoked.

Geldmaat aims to distribute the sealbag machines evenly throughout the Netherlands. By doing so we ensure there's always a sealbag machine close by.
"}},{"title":"What are the opening hours of the ATM?","richBody":{"value":"All Geldmaat ATMs are open between 7 am and 11 pm. For security reasons, each machine is switched off after 11 pm. Their built-in security measures will stay online.
Although this might be inconvenient for some, security is our top priority.
