All coin machines of Geldmaat are available to ING customers. With an ING Debit card and PIN code you can use these machines. ING customers can deposit a maximum of €10.000 per transaction and a maximum of €15.000 per account per day. You'll find the coin machines in the stores of Intergamma (Karwei or Gamma)

Did something go wrong during the deposit and were you credited incorrectly you can easily send a service request using the form with this link. We are happy to help you. Please be patient, as we sometimes need to do extra checks with Geldmaat to solve the problem. This can take up to 30 days. If no extra check is needed, most request are handled within 10 days.

If you deposit cash and the machine thinks that some banknotes might be fake, the machine keeps those banknotes.
On the screen and on your deposit receipt you will see this message:

"Attention: suspected counterfeit banknotes have been detected. These will not be credited to your account."

The banknotes are then checked by Geldmaat and the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).
This check can take up to 30 working days. You do not need to do anything.

Their built-in security measures will stay online. Although this might be inconvenient for some, security is our top priority.
