If you can’t reach an agreement or the seller is unreachable, you can submit the payment to us as a dispute. We’ll ask for proof that you tried to contact the seller.</p><p><strong>Fill in the disputed transaction form</strong><br />Then fill in the form for a disputed transaction.</p><p><strong>Note:</strong> We can only process your dispute within 30 days after your digital statement becomes available.
