Mobile confirmation via the ING Commercial Card App is only required in the following cases:</p><ul><li>A one-time confirmation when entering into an agreement for a recurring payment</li><li>A one-time confirmation when the amount, frequency, or beneficiary details are changed</li></ul><p>For ongoing payments of existing subscriptions and licences, approval via the ING Commercial Card App is not required.</p><p>It is the responsibility of the webshop or subscription provider to submit the transaction correctly and in accordance with legal guidelines.<br />If this is not done correctly, you may be asked to confirm every payment or the transaction may be declined.
