After entering your username and temporary password, you’ll receive a one time code via SMS. That’s why it’s important your mobile number is correctly registered in our cardholder system.

In many cases, this is the same person as the cardholder. If multiple business credit cards are being requested, you should choose a programme administrator who will be authorized to manage the credit card program on behalf of the organization. More information about (changing) the programme administrator can be found here.

This is not a duplicate booking. Authorisations are reserved transactions that haven’t been processed yet. Once processed, the transaction will appear in your transaction overview.
"}},{"title":"Why do I see my transaction with two different amounts?","richBody":{"value":"The final amount of the booked transaction may differ from the original authorisation due to exchange rate fluctuations and currency conversion fees.
