Cancelling a Foreign Currency Account is easy. Just fill out the online form, print it, sign it and send it to us free of charge. There are, however, a few things to consider when cancelling.

That's why your Foreign Currency Account and Business Account balances are combined to create a joint spending limit. This limit must be positive. A negative Foreign Currency Account balance will be offset against a positive Business Account balance, and vice versa. Any debit and credit interest on the linked accounts won't be offset. Interest is calculated on an individual account basis. You'll pay debit interest on a negative Foreign Currency Account or business account balance—even if the total balance is positive.
