You might have trouble making your monthly payments in the future. You never know when you might experience financial setbacks, whether they're caused by a weakened economy or disappointing results. If you can't keep up your payments, we may refer you to our Special Asset Management department.
Your interest rate may change. Variable interest rates fluctuate based on market conditions. If market interest rates rise, so will your interest rate, and you'll end up paying more. If you went with a fixed interest rate and choose to extend your agreement, we'll determine a new interest rate. This may result in higher or lower monthly payments.
You might incur additional costs. Conditions that lead to additional costs may apply. Appraisal fees, for instance. These costs and fees are always outlined in your quote.
Your business may change, affecting your credit needs. If you'd like to apply for credit in the future, we'll always perform an affordability assessment. We’ll also check if your current financial obligations align with your company’s new situation.
