You can easily change your account number or collection date for your Allianz Direct insurance yourself. Go to My ING Business or the ING App, find the insurance you want to modify. Then click on the modify button, and you will enter the menu where you can do this.

You receive a policy document after taking out your business insurance. It states who is insured and what the insurance covers, such as your business car insurance or business liability insurance. It also includes your business details, such as your (business) name and address, the details of the insured object, the insured amount, what you pay for it (the premium), and the amount of the deductible.
Where can I find my business insurance policy document?
You can find the policy document of your business insurance, which you took out via ING with Allianz Direct, in My ING Business and your ING App.
Do you have the car or van Insurance via ING from Allianz Direct? Then download your Green Card from My ING Business or the ING App.
