This amount on the bill includes reservations and credit facilities. Your book balance (the amount on the bill excluding outstanding reservations) may differ. </p><p>Card transactions, cash withdrawals and internet banking transfers initiated on 31 December on or before 11:59 p.m. are included in the closing balance in the ING Yearly Statement. However, the transfer date of these payments might be listed as 2 January in your current account’s transaction overview. As a result, your book balance may differ from the balance in your annual business bank overview. </p><p>This applies to both withdrawals made at ING and other ATMs. Card payments and cash withdrawals abroad are included in the closing balance, even though they will have a later transfer date. </p><p>Curious about your balance on 31-12-2025 without reservations (book balance)? A Yearly Statement contains information about your products for the period from 1 January to 31 December. </p><p>At your request, ING can send a Standard Bank Confirmation to your accountant as well.
