  1. Request digital access to My ING Business
  2. Get your login details
    Within 5 working days after we receive your request, we’ll send your username and temporary password by post to your organization's correspondence address.
  3. Log in to My ING Business and activate the app
    Go to ING.nl/business and click ‘Log in’ at the top right. Download and activate the app so you can approve payments. Change your temporary password straight away to one you choose. You can do this in the app or in My ING Business. Next time, you’ll log in with your new password.​​​

When you activate the app, you’ll immediately receive a message asking you to add your phone number for SMS codes. We use this number as an extra security step, for example when you activate the app. We also send important messages to this number.

Do you use the ING Scanner?
It’s possible that we don’t yet have your phone number for SMS codes. In that case, please visit an ING Service Point or ING branch to register your phone number. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID. 

Don’t have an active ING App yet and want to add this account (or these accounts)?
That’s possible. Open the ING App, go to ‘Service’, then ‘App settings’, and select ‘Add existing account’. You’ll have access within 2 minutes. For this, we do need your phone number. If we don’t have it yet, you can add it at an ING Service Point or ING branch. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID.
