When you use the business address book in My ING, you don’t have to look up and enter an account number every time. Simply save the name, account number, and an optional note once, and from then on you’ll have the details at your fingertips with just one click.

  1. Log in to My ING
  2. Click your name at the top right of the screen, then choose ‘Address book’

How to add a contact:

  1. In the address book, click ‘New contact’
  2. Enter the account number
  3. Add the name of your contact
  4. Add a note (optional)
  5. Click ‘Save’ 

Once a contact is saved, you can easily edit or remove it later by clicking the contact and using the buttons 'change' or 'delete'.
Please note: It’s not possible to import or export an address book.
