Below are step-by-step instructions for downloading statements via My ING Zakelijk and the ING App. After downloading, you can save the statement on your computer or email it to your accountant.

  1. Log in to My ING Zakelijk.
  2. Click the purple button ‘Download’.
  3. Select the account and the period for which you want the statement.
  4. Choose the statement type (e.g., PDF with book balance).

  1. Log in to My ING Zakelijk and select a payment account.
  2. Click ‘Search transactions’.
  3. Enter the company or organization name in the field ‘Name, amount, IBAN or description’.
  4. Enter the period you want to search.
  5. Click ‘Outgoing transactions’ or ‘Incoming transactions’ if you only want debits or credits.
  6. Click ‘Search’. The requested transactions will appear on the screen.
  7. Click ‘Download search results’ to save the overview. It will be stored automatically.

  7. On iOS:
    The PDF will appear on your screen. You can share it via email or WhatsApp using the share icon.

    On Android:
    You can email the PDF or save it to Google Drive to open later.
