Then it’s time to activate it so it truly becomes your app. You activate the ING App with a QR code or with your My ING login details. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Activate with QR code</strong><br />Do you have a device on which the ING App is already active? Then you can activate the app on your new device using a QR code. We will then check the mobile phone number register with us. Make sure the SIM card or eSIM for this number is in your new device. Alternatively, we can continue by verifying an identity document. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Activate with your My ING login details</strong></p><p>Don&apos;t have the ING App on another device? You can also activate the app with your My ING login details and an identity document.
