Then you can activate the app on your new device using a QR code. We will then check the mobile phone number register with us. Make sure the SIM card or eSIM for this number is in your new device. Alternatively, we can continue by verifying an identity document. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Activate with your My ING login details</strong></p><p>Don&apos;t have the ING App on another device? You can also activate the app with your My ING login details and an identity document. It is important for these details to be up to date. If they are incorrect or outdated, the app may not work.<br /><br />Authorised parties who are not authorised to make payments can&apos;t use the app.</p>"}},{"componentType":"sectionTitle","title":"Choose a mobile PIN or use fingerprint or face recognition"},{"componentType":"paragraph","richBody":{"value":"<p>The ING App is secured with a 5-digit mobile PIN. This will prevent others from accessing your account in the event that your device is lost or stolen. You also need the mobile PIN to confirm payments. Make sure you remember the 5-digit mobile PIN, because you will keep on using it. You can also choose to log in and confirm orders with fingerprint and face recognition.
