Do you want to terminate your agreement for accepting payment cards on a payment terminal? 

In My ING Business, you, as Legal Representative, will find the overview of your contract with payment terminals. You can see all the details about the contract and the devices.

If you want to terminate a payment terminal or the complete contract, you, as Legal Representative, can select the corresponding 'End' button. 

Please note: Do not forget to also end the maintenance contract for the payment terminal, with the terminal supplier.

Do you want to terminate your iDEAL contract? Then use the form change or terminate iDEAL. Fill out the form digitally, print and sign it. Scan the form and send it as a pdf to ideal@ing.com.
