A previously submitted UBO form may no longer meet the requirements of the most recent legislation. Due to changes in laws and regulations, ING may request additional or different information. This enables us to link the information provided to the correct organisation. Although you only need to specify one account number, we register UBO information at the organisational level. ING prefers to receive the UBO information based on the current situation. If the information is still not submitted after these reminders, ING may decide to block your account(s). This means that no payments can be made.
