The amounts owed are included in the brochure &apos;Business payment rates&apos;. How this is done is stated in the ING &apos;Privacy Statement&apos;, which can be found at ing.nl/zakelijk</li><li>An endorsee is independently authorised to perform all agreed actions on behalf of the organisation, but only with regard to the Business Account(s) specified by the representative for this purpose.</li><li>The powers granted to the endorsee apply to ING and are otherwise independent of what is registered in this regard with the Chamber of Commerce.</li><li>The legal representatives declare on behalf of the organisation that they have identified the registered endorsee and have verified their data using a valid identity document.</li></ul>"},"textLinks":[{"url":"/zakelijk/voorwaarden-zakelijk","text":"Voorwaarden Zakelijk"},{"url":"/de-ing/privacy-statement/over-dit-privacy-statement","text":"Privacy statement"}]}]}}}
