🔍 In short:

You can have one company name, but use multiple trade names. For example, a company is officially called “Bakkerij De Boer B.V.”, but sells bread under the name “Brood van Boer Bart” and cake under “Zoete Zonden”.

⚠️Important: The name of your Business Account(s) will not be updated automatically. Below you can see how to change this yourself.

If your organisation is not registered with the Kamer van Koophandel (KvK), The representative(s) will need to provide extra documents.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Submit a request via My ING Business
  2. You’ll then receive an email with instructions asking you to provide one of the following:

If your organization is registered with a foreign Chamber of Commerce the representative(s) will need to provide extra documents.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Submit a request via My ING Business
  2. You’ll then receive an email with instructions asking you to provide:

This is also called the account name.

You can change the name displayed on your account via My ING Business. You can choose from the company and trade names registered with ING.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to the ING app of via My ING Business.
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top right.
  3. Go to Organisation details.
  4. Under Contact details, click Edit next to Trade name.
