There are two ways to do this:
Do you want to add a new legal representative and remove yourself as a legal representative?
This can be done via Mijn ING Zakelijk. Note you should first add the new legal representative. Only then remove your role a as legal representative.
If joint signing is required, there must always be two legal representatives registered for your company with ING. Make sure to register the new representative before deregistering yourself. Otherwise, your organization will not be able to use Mijn ING Zakelijk (Internet Banking) for 5 to 10 working days. After the new representative has received the login credentials for Mijn ING Zakelijk, you can safely deregister yourself.
