We are legally obliged to determine whether our customers are liable to tax abroad. And their valid identity cards. If we haven&apos;t saved those in our archives yet, we&apos;ll do it now. </li><li>The Chamber of Commerce (CoC) number of the organization (not necessary for associations with limited jurisdiction, churches, bodies governed by public law and foreign legal forms). We collect the organization&apos;s details using the CoC (KVK*) number. Consider the legal form, the address of establishment, etc. </li><li>The country in which the organization is a taxable. Is the organization (also) based in a country other than the Netherlands? If yes, include the Tax Identification Number (TIN) of that country.</li><li>Are there any individuals within the organization with a direct or indirect holding of 25% or more in the organization? They are then registered as ultimately interested parties (UBO). Please ensure that you are ready to access UBO personal data when opening a business account.</li><li>Please note: since March 2022 it is mandatory for most companies to register the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) in the UBO register at the Chamber of Commerce. This makes it so transparent and contributes to the fight against fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing. Have you already completed the UBO register? Check with the <a href=\"https://www.kvk.nl/inschrijven-en-wijzigen/ubo-opgave/\">Chamber of Commerce</a> whether this is necessary for your company. If you are required to submit UBOs to the UBO register and have not yet done so, please do this first, otherwise, you cannot open a business account.</li><li>Finally, we have a number of questions about the organization. For example, we ask which sector the organization operates in and what the main source of revenue is.</li></ul><p>We&apos;ll check your records and those of your organization. Sometimes we ask a few more questions. For example, about the structure of your organization or your business activities. We will ensure that we have a clear picture of your organization. Please note: Do you have a one-man business and already have a private account with ING? Then request your business account online (via My ING Private). In all other situations, open a business account at an ING office or ING Service Point.
