When logging in, make sure to select “Business” and not “Personal” if you have both a business and a personal account.<br /> </li><li>We do not need to ask identification questions because you&apos;re already logged in — that saves time.<br /> </li><li>The chat window will open, and you can ask your question. Keep it short but specific so we can help you in the best way. We will suggest a few answers first — you will often find more online than you think. People often ask for help adding their business account to the app. These are very easy to answer via chat. I always send them the link to the information on the website and provide a short, clear step-by-step guide.<br /> </p><ul><li><strong>Do customers ever think you’re a robot? What do you think about that?</strong></li></ul><p>At first, you sometimes get the question: am I chatting with a robot or a human?
