A direct debit contract allows you to withdraw money from your customer once or multiple times, provided they have given a mandate. Contract and mandate arranged? Then you can collect the amount on the agreed date via Mijn ING Zakelijk. With a direct debit contract, you give ING permission to forward direct debit orders and thus execute the direct debit.

There are two different direct debit contracts: Standard and Business. The difference lies in the type of customers and the refund period. Both contracts can be used in the Netherlands and the SEPA area. Use the table below to determine which option best fits your business.
