After uploading, you can view the status of your batch directly in Mijn ING Zakelijk. If you see an error message, correct the Excel file and upload it again.

1. Check whether you may have submitted this direct debit batch before
A direct debit batch with the same content is usually processed only once.
Even if you change the file name, the batch may not be accepted if its content matches a batch that was submitted earlier.
Do you want to submit the same direct debits again?
Make sure the content of the batch differs from earlier submissions and upload the file again.
2. Is the batch new? Check the message after uploading
If there is an error in the file, you will usually receive a message shortly after uploading.
In many cases, this message indicates which part of the file is missing or contains an error.
Correct the issue in the file and upload the batch again.
Do you use accounting software to create the file?
In that case, you may need to first correct the error in that software and then generate the file again.
