Do they not yet have access? ING also needs to record more information about this user. To facilitate this, we have introduced the role of &apos;Certificate Applicant Representative&apos; (CAR).</p>"}},{"title":"What if I have not requested the new CAR role by August 1 2025?","richBody":{"value":"<p>Starting from August 1 2025, a regular ADMIN or USER user will no longer be able to upload certificates. If your certificates expire, please note that processing the application form for the CAR role can take up to 5 working days.
