Sometimes, you even see ING’s phone number on your screen. They cleverly convince you to transfer your money to an account at another bank.  Because it often involves large amounts, you need to increase your limit.</p><p>The 4-hour waiting period gives you time to check if the scammer’s story is true. You can call ING yourself or you can click on ‘ING calling? Check it now <a href=\"https://www.ing.nl/en/bank/safe-banking/what-you-can-do/check-the-call\">Is ING calling? Check the Call</a> in the app. If everything checks out, you can transfer the amount after the 4-hour waiting period.</p>"}},{"componentType":"highlight","richBody":{"value":"<p>ING will never ask you to transfer money to an unknown account at another bank. Nor will they ask you to increase your limit. If you receive such a call or have any doubts, hang up immediately and call the Alarm Line.
