They use fake e-mails or other messages and fake websites for this. Please report any such fake messages or links sent in ING&apos;s name to us. You can do this in the app or My ING. Don’t wait. Block your card as follows:</strong></p><ol><li>Go to <strong>Credit card settings</strong> in the ING App or My ING</li><li>Select the credit card you want to block</li><li>Confirm with your ING app or ING scanner</li></ol><p>Your credit card is blocked immediately and can no longer be used. You can unblock it again at any time quickly and easily. Good to know: only the primary cardholder can unblock an additional card.</p><p><strong>Is your card permanently lost or stolen? </strong>You can request a replacement credit card directly via your credit card settings.</p>"}},{"title":"Noticed a strange payment on your current account or credit card?","richBody":{"value":"<p>If you notice a payment you don&apos;t immediately recognise, these are the steps you can take: </p><ol><li>Check the payment details thoroughly. Sometimes the recipients name, account number or the payment description are different from what you would expect. Usually, you&apos;ll discover everything is fine.
