If someone asks for your security codes, do not share them. Your codes are strictly personal. Never disclose them to anyone. Remember: ING employees will never ask for your security codes—not at a branch, not over the phone, not by email, not via any website or app other than ING’s, and not in any other way.
The security codes generated by your card reader are just as personal as your bank card PIN. So never share those either.
Tip: Do you have a joint account? Then make sure both account holders request their own login credentials for Mijn ING (online banking). You can do that via this link. Afterwards, you can each install and use the Mobile Banking App independently.

Choose a word for each digit in your PIN, where the number of letters matches the digit. Then create a sentence using those words. For example, if your PIN is 7345, you could use: peanuts (7), are(3), very (4), tasty (5).
