Safe banking is a shared responsibility. To ensure everyone follows the same guidelines, Dutch banks and the Dutch Consumers’ Association have established five universal safety rules for banking:

  1. Protect your codes
  2. Protect your banking cards
  3. Protect your devices
  4. Check your Payments
  5. When in doubt, call ING
