This is possible on your iPhone and iPad with Apple’s Touch ID. The unique pattern of your fingerprint is scanned and gives you access to the app.

At an ING Service Point, you can receive personal help with digital banking. You are welcome without an appointment. Service Points can be found in shops such as Primera, The Read Shop, Bruna, as well as in drugstores and libraries.

Across the Netherlands, there are ATMs for withdrawing banknotes.
For people who find it difficult to withdraw or deposit money independently, there are also ATMs with assistance. At ATMs in selected Primera, Bruna, and The Read Shop stores, staff are available to answer questions about withdrawing or depositing banknotes.
