If necessary, the reporter will be contacted via the reporting channel (Vault Platform or orally) that the reporter originally chose for filing their concern. </span></span></span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span><span lang=\"EN-US\" dir=\"ltr\"><span>Within 3 months (in exceptional cases with a maximum of 6 months) the reporter will be notified of any (possible) follow-up to the filed concern.</span></span></span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span><i><span lang=\"EN-US\" dir=\"ltr\"><span><span>We strive for utmost carefulness when handling (whistleblower-)concerns, ensuring the protection of the identity of reporters and guaranteeing confidentiality, within the limits as described in (Dutch) legislation and regulation.</span></span></span></i></span></span></span></p>"}},{"componentType":"paragraph","title":"Reports by customers can be filed via a different channel","richBody":{"value":"<p><span><span><span><span lang=\"EN-US\" dir=\"ltr\"><span>The above mentioned reporting channel(s) are not intended for (whistleblower-)reports by customers.
